Blue Cheese Aioli
- ¼ cup of Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of Blue Cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons of Milk
- Using a blender or mini food processor, blend the mayo and blue cheese.
- Slowly add the milk in, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency for spreading or dipping.
- Chill till ready to serve.
