My mamavation assignment this week was to give everyone a little sampling of what my daily exercise is like.
Oy vey.
My weekly exercise routine includes: intervals on my treadmill, Taebo, Yoga/Pilates style exercises from Tracey Mallet, and cardio/strength training through the EA Sports Active Work-outs for the Wii.
Um, not sure if you know this, but watching yourself bounce around is not fun. It’s also not fun to hear all the stupid noises you make as you exercise; seriously, it was as if I was channeling my inner Venus or Serena the whole freakin’ time (the Williams sisters, if you’re wondering . . . the two loudest tennis players I’ve ever HEARD).
So, here I am. Exercising. For you to see.
Just for kicks, I throw in a little clip of Hubby joining me for one of my sessions. (for the record, he knows about this).
And, to cover up my grunts, groans, and expletives (my version of expletives, anyway), I have some music in the background . . . to enhance this whole experience for ya.
Because, yes — it’s definitely going to be an experience.
(as always, thank you, Earth Footwear, EA Sports Active, Smooth Fitness, Gaiam, Dr. Renna, Tracey Mallet, and Pete Cohen for sponsoring me as a Mamavation Mom)
