Hubby likes to make fun of me — and it’s ONLY during pregnancy that I give him any really good fodder.

• I cry over Mr. Boy’s dirty diapers.
• I become incensed over the most mundane things — like the fact that he doesn’t wipe down the kitchen counter. (actually, that one is pretty justified)
• And, my pregnancy cravings are out. of. control.

I don’t have weird cravings . . . no pickles and ice cream sundaes for this Mama.  No, I just crave EVERYTHING I see, hear mentioned, or read about online.

Everything.

I see a recipe calling for cilantro?  Suddenly, I must grow it, cut it, smell it, and use it in every recipe I have.

Someone on Facebook mentions Italian food?  I can’t sleep until I’m surrounded by tomato sauce, pasta, and breadsticks.

It’s ridiculous.  I can easily have 15-20 “Oh-heavenly-days-I-must-have-that-NOW” cravings each day.  My cravings are yet another reason why I meal plan … most of the recipes that I include each week are present because of some craving I’ve had at some point.

What in the world do my pregnancy cravings have to do with $1000?  Honestly, not much . . . except for the fact that figuring out the secret craving of one particular Mama can get you the cash.
