Shows like Dr. Oz, The Doctors, and The Biggest Loser all focus on helping groups of people be more mindful of healthy eating and exercise.
We know we should read labels, eat more seafood, and get our heart rates pumping but it isn’t easy. Our mega groceries stores, with aisle after aisle of food choices, can leave one overwhelmed … especially if you’re trying to shop while keeping three monkeys contained.

The Facts Up Front is a voluntary initiative designed to help American consumers make informed choices by putting key information from the Nutrition Facts Panel on the front of the package.
The Facts Up Front Label
The Facts Up Front label specifically showcases the calories per serving and information on saturated fat, sodium and sugar… three nutrients that many try to limit. AND, if the product contains 10 percent or more of the daily value per serving of a recognized “encouraged” nutrient (such as calcium) and qualifies as a “good source,” as defined by Federal government regulation, that nutrient’s info will also be included on The Facts Up Front label.
