Today, I have my friend, Jenn, taking over my weekly {I Heart Lunch} bento lunch series. Jenn has an adorable site where she blogs about bentos, recipes, giveaways and mixes it all in with a dash of Dr. Who.
As you’ll see from reading her post below, Jenn has an amazing son who — through a volunteer school program — works with autistic students and other special-needs kids.
I love, love, love hearing of children with such giving hearts! And now, I’ll let Jenn take over and show off a lunch she made her son on World Autism Awareness Day.

Hello lovely blog people! I’m Jenn from BentoForKidlet and I will be your tour guide today. Err….guest blogger. You know what I mean 😉
I make lunches for my 12 year old son who is affectionately known as Kidlet.
April is Autism Awareness Month which is very close to my Kidlet’s heart. I used my LunchPunch puzzle set to make this quick and tasty lunch!
Kidlet’s lunch is packed in a LunchBots Quad box. Two compartments contain mini puzzle shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. He also has grapes, a puzzle shaped apple, carrots, cucumber, and dip.
This lunch took about 15 minutes to make! Easy peasy!

{I Heart Lunch}
Time to share your lunch! What fun lunch boxes have you been packing for your family?
You can link to any kid-lunch/bento or family-friendly recipe on a blog post or via flickr photos — this linky is for any kind of healthy school lunch and kid-food, regardless if it is Bento-style or not. I want to celebrate our efforts to provide good and enjoyable school lunches for our families!
My only request is that you either add a link back to this post or include the Lunch Graphic (which links back) to your post so others can get here to view the linked lunches too!
Link up your school lunches and bentos! Please use a permalink for your post rather than linking your general blog/flickr account URL — this will help people go directly to your fabulous lunch!
Now — link ’em up!
