So, we’re in TRIPLE DIGITS here in Houston.
And, I’m days away from 30 weeks pregnant.
I’m huge. Hot. Cranky.
And, I’m supposed to be having a big Wizard of Oz Birthday Party for the Little Lady . . . THIS SATURDAY!!!!
(I completely forgot, when I started planning this big party, that I would be in the throes of the 3rd trimester by this time. Ugh.)
So, with all the heat and work that will be around this week, I’ve decided to take it easy this week with our meal plan.
REALLY easy but still yummy because Mama still likes her food.
What We’re Eating This Week
Monday: Grilled Shaved Asparagus and Portabella Pizza (so easy to throw together and Hubby gets to cook it. I’ll *try* to get this recipe up soon!)
Tuesday: Taco-roni* (a slightly modified version of this recipe)
Wednesday: Mustard Glazed Skirt Steak Salad*, French Bread
Thursday: Freezer Meal Night– Chicken Paneng served over steamed rice (if this is good, I’ll be sharing the process.)
Friday: Whole Wheat Pasta with Crockpot Marinara.
Saturday: Party Day/Recuperation Night . . . sandwiches and leftovers
Sunday: Grilled Chicken and Veggie Kabobs (just throwing stuff together and sending Hubby out to the grill)
